Meet your coach.
In this world full of challenge and strife, it is more important than ever that people like you keep focused on doing good.
It’s easy to be overwhelmed by the pace of new developments and the pressures of finding the right path as individuals, leaders and organizations.
Proud Coaching and Consulting provides targeted, authentic and tailored coaching, facilitation and consulting support that meets you and your team where you are and helps you get where you want to be.
Ashley Proud, Director of Proud Coaching and Consulting, is no stranger to leadership challenges! A trained occupational psychologist, she spent 18 years leading non-profit teams responding to humanitarian crises in Syria, Iraq, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Sudan, and Myanmar.
Ashley says:
“I have led multi-million-dollar budgets and diverse leadership teams in some of the most challenging environments—war zones and natural disaster responses. I understand the immense pressures leaders face and how isolating the role of a CEO can be. As a coach and facilitator, my lived experience is invaluable. It enables me to truly empathize with you and forge a deep, meaningful connection that supports your growth and success."
Originally from Scotland, Ashley now lives at Ghost Ranch, Abiquiú, New Mexico with her family and Lily, a well traveled Golden Retriever.
