Leadership and Executive coaching
I take a personalised approach to my coaching work, primarily focused on supporting leaders to take their own audit of their priorities and challenges and then walk through a plan for addressing issues and setting practical and strategic priorities.
In coaching sessions specifically for leaders, I draw on my own years of leading teams to create a thoughtful, reflective space for you to explore your own style and approach to leading organisations and teams.
I also support clients to design and deliver leadership training programs, integrating coaching, development planning, and the use of relevant psychometric tests to ensure that your business is fostering the next generation of leaders.
systemic Team coaching
A typical systemic team coaching engagement might look like this:
Initial CEO/Director scoping discussions (1 day)
Initial team and stakeholder scoping discussions, including exclusive use of team function assessments produced by Renewal Associates (2-3 days, depending on team size)
Generation of team coaching brief (2 days)
Team coaching and building sessions (5-10 days)
Stakeholder engagement and feedback exercises (including Inside Out and Future Back exercises) (3-5 days)
Ongoing team coaching sessions and check ins as needed.
Working with leaders is only part of the puzzle of creating meaningful, systemic change. My team coaching approach brings the whole crew with you - broadening the focus of the work to help leaders and teams come together around a shared vision and a collaborative plan.
My approach to systemic team coaching was honed under the mentorship of leadership team coaching guru Peter Hawkins and his team at the Academy of Executive Coaching/Renewal Associates.
I specialize in coaching leadership and executive teams so they are not only working together harmoniously, but they are also actively engaged with their stakeholders and the systemic needs of your organization and society as a whole.
A typical systemic team coaching engagement might look like this:
