1:1 Coaching for individuals

personalized coaching to support your journey:

  • Working through transition

I have many clients like you who are looking for the next step or a change in direction.

Maybe you are seeking new balance in life, or it’s a sense of belonging that is missing.

Perhaps you started out this work, family or personal project full of idealism and the best of intentions, but over the years you have grown disillusioned and are wondering if there is something else out there for you?

Are you really on the right path?

Coaching sessions with Ashley can help you move through times of change and transition with grace and a sense of purpose.

  • Preventing and moving through burnout

Many of us are increasingly overwhelmed by the pressures of life. Many of my clients are balancing work and parenting, or caring for elderly family members, and enduring the bombardment of an ‘always on’ society where our online lives make it difficult to disconnect and recharge. The challenges are even more acute for those working in caring professions - aid workers, medical and community workers, and nonprofit workers.

Ashley’s coaching approach is informed by her own experience in aid work - over 18 years of working in intense conflict environments, while also raising young children, left her burned out and overstretched. She draws from this experience when coaching clients like you who are experiencing burnout.

  • Supporting Change Makers

These are challenging times and in my own life, and in my coaching practice, I am surrounded by amazing individuals who are striving to make a difference. If you are an activist, a campaigner, a non profit worker, or if you are seeking to become more active in standing up to the injustices that you see in the world, I might just be the coach for you!

Finding your purpose and owning your activism is a very personal thing, and coaching can help you see through the static and distractions that our culture put forward and help you identify how best you can make a difference.
